Dorchester Respiratory Immunizations (COVID-19, Flu, RSV) - All Ages

By booking an appointment for respiratory season immunizations (COVID-19, Influenza, RSV) at a Middlesex-London Health Unit clinic, you are attesting to the following:

• You are a resident living in the Middlesex-London area, 6 months of age and older

• You will be offered all immunizations you are eligible for, and will be able to consent to any or all doses

• Children and individuals who cannot consent for themselves need to be brought to the clinic by the parent, legal guardian or legal care provider with decision making authority
