All Ages Respiratory Immunizations (COVID-19, Flu, RSV) - CitiPlaza Location

By booking an appointment for respiratory season immunizations (COVID-19, Influenza, RSV) at a Middlesex-London Health Unit clinic, you are attesting to the following:

• You are a resident living in the Middlesex-London area, 6 months of age and older

• You will be offered all immunizations you are eligible for, and will be able to consent to any or all doses

• Children and individuals who cannot consent for themselves need to be brought to the clinic by the parent, legal guardian or legal care provider with decision making authority.

 NOTE: if you require appointments for a family and are unable to find appointments next to each other, you can choose times that span over two hours, and the family can be seen together. If this does not appear possible on the booking site, please call 519-663-5317 for appointment booking.

NOTE: clinics held at CitiPlaza will also have walk-in options for a limited number of individuals and/or families (Oct.26 and 30, Nov 4-7, Nov 25-28 and Dec 5).
