Children & Individuals with Special Considerations - Respiratory Immunizations (COVID-19, Flu, RSV) - CitiPlaza Location

Children of any age are welcome to book an appointment for this clinic, as well as those requiring Special Considerations.

Special Considerations for booking into this clinic are (any of the following):

• The individual requires a private or decreased stimulation environment

• The individual requires consultation about immunization for special health considerations

By booking an appointment for respiratory season immunizations (COVID-19, Influenza, RSV) at a Middlesex-London Health Unit clinic, you are attesting to the following:

• You are a resident living in the Middlesex-London area

• You will be offered all immunizations you are eligible for, and will be able to consent to any or all doses

• Children and individuals who cannot consent for themselves need to be brought to the clinic by the parent, legal guardian or legal care provider with decision making authority.

NOTE: if you require appointments for a family and are unable to find appointments next to each other, you can choose times that span over two hours, and the family can be seen together. If this does not appear possible on the booking site, please call 519-663-5317 for appointment booking.
